Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Girlieur and to the buyer.  Girlieur is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If the item arrives damaged, you will have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered. Girlieur is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. If your item does arrive damaged, contact us ASAP!. If the wrong item is shipped to you by mistake, email us with the picture of the item that you received and we will make it right. 

Please make sure to include your full address, Girlieur will not be responsible for insufficient address submitted by the customer. If there is a mistake with the address, you will have the opportunity to fix and correct the address before receiving the confirmation email. You will have 24  hours to reach out, otherwise , there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.

Once the order arrives to international grounds, we are no longer in charge of estimated times of your order. Please contact your local postal office for more information.
